Online Workshop

3 days, in morning and afternoon blocks
This workshop is for leaders of all levels who see the importance of their communications and want to further develop their abilities to:
- move to a more agile leadership style,
- create team spirit and strengthen work relationships – even over a distance,
- adapt their communication style to their own personality and the personality of their counterpart,
- convince with clear proposals and relevant arguments,
- give clear instructions which are followed,
- involve team members and stakeholders to increase participation – across gender, nationality, culture and function,
- inspire others to discover a common vision and work towards it.
The workshop is highly interactive: Participants will take part in multiple structured role plays in small groups, observing and practicing the different communication styles.
Each participant will receive intensive feedback from their peers and two experienced leadership trainers.
All this to allow you to reach your goals and become the leader you are!
