Our latest intern Friederike wanted to share a few thoughts about her time here at inspeyer.
“If you hear the terms coaching or training, you will probably have a general idea what this is about.
Before my internship at inspeyer I was thinking about the final product, a training or a workshop in a company. What I didn’t immediately think of, however, was the long and intensive preparatory work behind every training or coaching. Normally not being able to get an impression of this, I was able to experience exactly this preliminary work during my internship at inspeyer.
Accompanied by an attentive and nice team, I got to know the broad repertoire of methods implemented in assignments. I was able to experience these diverse approaches practically in the topics that are currently particularly relevant in the working world: For example, change management plays an important role for many companies. Or, depending on the situation, team building or management training is relevant. Through the internship I had the opportunity to see how inspeyer prepares its trainings and thus starts exactly at the relevant points. What I found particularly remarkable was the variety of methods and approaches with which the team designs such coaching.
I really enjoyed my time as an intern. Not only because I was able to get a comprehensive impression of the coaching world, but also because I was accompanied by a very cordial and committed team. So it’s hard for me to say goodbye and I can look back on a great internship.”
All that remains for us is to say “thank you Friederike” and that is was a pleasure having her here and to wish her all the best for her future.
