After the launch, the pandemic presented us with an additional challenge: the successful face-to-face workshops had to be transferred into an interactive and inspiring online format. The goals had to remain the same, but also take into account the new reality of increasing leadership at a distance. Together, we succeeded in doing this and the online version is now running and receiving very good feedback from the participants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This has proven once again that in the development and especially the evolution of a workshop or programme, the quality of the final product depends to a large extent on the quality of the cooperation and dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With our partners <strong>Janet Otto<\/strong>, <strong>Urban Plev\u00e9n<\/strong> and <strong>Richard Graske<\/strong> at <strong>Knorr-Bremse<\/strong>, we succeeded very well.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matthew Speyer<\/strong>, together with <strong>Richard Graske<\/strong>, will explain this successful dialogue in more detail in a presentation at L&amp;Dpro 2021 in Munich (https:\/\/www.lnd-pro.de) at 12:25 on Content Stage 1.
